Each March an eagerly awaited Doll and Bear Show and Sale is sponsored by the Club. This is a much anticipated one day event with dealers and doll and bear lovers coming from various parts of Florida. The event helps to fund the club's various charitable projects. Each year a theme is chosen and an exhibit is staged based on it.

The 34th Annual Show will be held Saturday March 10th, 2012 from 10am-4pm at the Lake Mirror Center in beautiful downtown Lakeland. Click here to download a Flyer in PDF format. Dealer tables are available. Click here for a map.

You just may find that perfect treasure that has eluded you.
We will have numerous "helpers", the monies raised going toward funding our
charitable projects. You may schedule a consultation with The Doll Doctor for your
ailing dollies, and you may bring your dolls for appraisal.
Delicious treats are available in the "Dolly Deli" provided by our Gourmet Team.
Enjoy a meal and renew your energy for more shopping. So invite a friend to join you.
What better way to spend a pleasant day than shopping for dolls.
The Tropical Doll Study Club of Lakeland, Florida was founded by Jeanne Niswonger in 1977.
Meetings are held on the first Sunday of the month at Saint David's Church on Edgewood Drive in Lakeland, September through May.

As a Chapter of Region 9 of the United Federation of Doll Clubs, Inc, the club is active in support for various charities.

The highlight of each meeting is the program presented by members or an invited special guest.
Each year we choose a theme and design some of our programs around it.

This year we are wishing the Girl Scout a Happy 100th Birthday
and our theme celebrates the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Girl Scouts.
